APPOINTMENTS

For appointments, please call Continental Massage West during business hours at 574.220.1713 Guests must be 16 years or older: underage clients need to have a parent sign the intake form. Some services require a major credit card to hold your reservation. Prices are subject to change without notice.  If you are using a coupon, gift certificate or promotion code, please mention it at the time of booking.  Please keep in mind promotions or discounts cannot be combined. To ensure availability, we suggest that you book appointments at least a week in advance.

CANCELATIONS / NO SHOW POLICY

Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. No Show or appointments canceled within less than 24 Hours will be charged the full rate for that appointment.

CHECK-IN

We encourage our clients to arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of your appointment time to allow enough time to check in, change, and get ready for treatment or service. First time guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment time to complete the pre-service intake form and receive a tour of the facility. Your appointment will start promptly at the scheduled time.  Arriving late to your scheduled appointment will deprive you of valuable treatment time.  To avoid delaying the next client, your session will end on time no matter how late it begins.

JEWELRY, CELL PHONES AND VALUABLES

We advise that you leave jewelry, cell phones, and valuables at home. If you have valuables with you, please secure them. Continental Massage assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen articles. Continental Massage is a cell phone free zone. As a courtesy to our guests, use of cell phones is strictly prohibited and we request you mute your phone before entering.

PREGNANCY AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Completion of a pre-treatment medical questionnaire is required before any service at Continental Massage. Certain treatments, products or heated rooms may not be advisable for you. Before your treatment begins, please inform your therapist of any additional medical concerns or any changes in health.

EATING AND DRINKING

We do not recommend eating at least one hour prior to a treatment. We also discourage the consumption of alcohol on the day of a treatment. Drink plenty of water before and after treatments, especially if the heat treatments rooms and saunas are used. Bottled water is provided to help you stay hydrated.

CHILDREN

To maintain a relaxing atmosphere for our guests, we ask that you do not bring children unless it is a designated Continental Massage family event.

PAYMENT

We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, checks, and cash in addition to Continental Massage Gift Certificates.

REFUNDS, GIFT CERTIFICATES, PACKAGE SERIES, AND PRODUCTS

Except for replacing damaged retail products (within 30 days), NO refunds, exchanges or credits on gift certificates, prepaid packages or prepaid treatments. All sales are final.

Continental Massage West is a Professional Establishment

Our and massage therapists bring years of training and continuing education to their particular specialty. They have been hired to provide services that support health, relaxation, and renewal. If a Continental Massage West

staff member ever feels a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and request that client to leave immediately.
